A visit from a firefighter...

We have been learning about community helpers! We were so lucky to have firefighter Mike to come in and visit our classroom!!! He taught us many things about fire safety!!

 He taught us how to stop, drop, and roll (and cover your face!)

We watched him put on his uniform. He explained how it was designed to keep him safe.

He gave us each a high five!! This will help us not be afraid of firefighters if they have to help us in an emergency.
