Each month we will make a calendar for you to keep at home. This is a great way for us to practice how to write our numbers to 30. This month we traced the numbers, but in the future we will try to write them on our own. This month we sponge painted an apple to go on our calendar. Each month there will be an art activity that will relate to the season or holiday that falls in that month. We usually do these projects on a Wednesday when all of the students are here together all day. It is always fun to watch how well their number writing improves throughout the year!
