Happy Earth Day!!!

For Earth Day we took a little time to plant some seeds. Our students got to choose what kind of plant they wanted to grown. Some of them had just as much fun exploring the soil as actually planting seeds. My favorite moment was when one student looked at their pot and said, "It's not growing!" After we planted we graphed the type of seeds each student chose. We also wrote a "how to" on how to plant a seed. The seeds are in our garden area. When they start to sprout I will send them home.
