Alphabet Trains - Once I started taking pictures, everyone seemed to want one. :) This was at our magnetic letter center this week.
At Math Games we played "Build a City" This game helps them compare numbers. They had to use the words more, less, and equal.
At our science center we used differnet tools to explore using our sense of sight. We recorded our favorite tool to use in our science journal.
At Math Literacy we read a pattern book and painted patterns with watercolors.
During our Science time this week we learned about apples. We sorted apples by their different properties. We discussed the parts of apples and the different things you can make using apples. Tomorrow we are making applesauce!
During Writing time we read books that had think bubbles and talk bubbles. We practiced using them in our writing. Almost everyone has had a chance to publish a book. We are putting them in our classroom library for our friends to read.
We have had a fun week!!!
